Go Keith!

I just took a overbooked flight to Seattle. I shared this flight with the entire champion rowing teams from the greater Seattle area. Soon after take off, just after the drink service was starting, a passenger near the front of the plane started having a panic attack. The flight attendants quickly and smoothly brought the cart back to the galley. JC picked up oxygen and went to help. As youths are apt to do, the level of conversation was escalating. Keith gathered up some cups and orange juice, snagged a female rower and asked her to start passing out O.J. to people. He did the same with cranberry juice and a couple of bottles of water. Brilliant! This gave several of the more outgoing people something to do. It actually got quieter and more organized as the temp servers passed each other in the isle while trying not to spill on the seated passengers or themselves. JC did a beautiful job calming the troubled passenger and everything went back to normal after about 30 minutes. Brilliant!
